Spread Prevention Socialization of Corona Virus

teraju.id, Megamall – The West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat) affiliated with KEP Health, PT.Antam, germas (gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat) , BUMN, and Mandiri bank held a socialization program to prevent the spread of corona virus in megamall on sunday morning (8/3/2020).

The event which took place from 6 o’clock in the morning was lively and was filled by various activities such as Zumba gymnastics, Socialization, hand washing simulations, and also enlivened with a doorprize for the public.

On this occasion the head of the Health Office of West Kalomantan Province, Mr Harrison who was the speaker, gave a presentation on how to wash hands properly and the ethics of coughing and sneezing “if we sneeze, it is better to use tissue and throw it directly into the trash, or if there is no tissue you should use your inner arm so the virus doesn’t spread to other people. “

He also advised “don’t forget to always use a mask well when you are sick and keep praying to avoid the corona virus.”

dr.Juwita Valen, one of the general doctor in pontianak, said that her participation in supporting the activities carried out by the Provincial Health Office related to corona virus, “a sufficiently viral virus that makes the panic of the world is not too deadly compared to tuberculosis. Peoples should be more aware of the public with more severe disease death rates due to corona reached more than two thousand but tbc up to tens of thousands,” she said.

Because of the panic that was marked by people who fought over masks, this young doctor also said, “The message from the WHO or World Health Association itself is smart, smile, safe, and kind. With this event I hope the public will learn more.” she concluded.
